bought it. changed your mind?

You have 14 days to return it. Refund, exchange or store credit: your call.

• In store: bring it back to any me&b store within 14 days of purchase.
• Online: let us know within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.

we'll need

Your receipt or order number, the tags still on and the piece unworn, unwashed and ready to sell again. We check every return when it arrives and may send back anything that doesn't meet these conditions.

these stay with you

• Intimates (ME&Bod), swimwear, jewellery, socks and hosiery, once the seal is broken. For hygiene reasons these come in a sealed bag, so please only open it once you know you're keeping it. Unopened, they can be returned as normal.
• Anything we've altered or made to your measurements
• Anything worn, washed or that’s been through the wars
• Anything from a stockist (please return it to the store you bought it from)
• International orders

This doesn't apply to faulty items (see something's wrong with it?).

sale pieces and discount codes

No refunds on sale pieces or anything bought with a discount code or offer, but we'll swap your size if we've got it, or give you store credit.

something's wrong with it?

That's on us, even on sale pieces. Let us know within 6 months and we'll replace it or refund you. Size gone? Money back or store credit, you choose.

• In store: bring it in with your receipt.
• Online: email us and we'll arrange a courier to collect it at no cost to you.

1.     Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short reason for the return. Tell us if you'd like a refund, an exchange or store credit.

2.     Send the item back within 14 days of your email, with all original tags and bags and your name, to:

• Return shipping is on you (unless the item is faulty). Please use a tracked, recorded service; we can't refund returns lost in transit. Postnet to Postnet is the easiest (nearest drop-off: Woodstock), or use Aramex, The Courier Guy, Collivery or Citi Sprint.
• Missing tags? A small fee may be deducted from your refund.
• Your 7-day right: for online orders you can cancel and return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason, including sale pieces. Intimates, swimwear, jewellery, socks and hosiery need to come back in their unopened sealed bag. You only cover the cost of sending it back.

refunds

We'll be in touch once your return arrives in good order. For online refunds, our payment providers are usually able to refund to the card you purchased with. Otherwise we may ask for your bank details. Refunds take 5 to 10 working days (usually quicker).

gift vouchers

• Valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• Redeemable at all me&b stores and online at wqqqjsyw.top. Not valid at me&b stockists or other retailers.
• Can be used over more than one purchase. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
• Not redeemable for cash and can't be returned or refunded.
• Please treat your voucher like cash. We can't replace lost or stolen vouchers.
• Can't be used to buy other gift vouchers.
• Items bought with a gift voucher can be returned for an exchange or store credit, under the conditions above.
